Policies and agreement
All renters must present a valid driving license. Sri Lankan residents must provide a local driving license, while foreign tourists are required to hold an International Driving Permit (IDP) or a temporary Sri Lankan driving permit issued by local authorities. Copies of identification documents such as passport or NIC must also be provided at the time of booking.
All vehicles are covered by basic insurance. However, customers are responsible for a deductible in case of damage or accidents. Additional insurance coverage options may be available upon request for reduced liability. Insurance does not cover damages caused by negligence, driving under the influence, or unauthorized drivers.
Payments can be made via cash, credit/debit cards, or approved digital payment methods. Advance payment may be required to confirm reservations. For tourists, payments in major foreign currencies may be accepted based on current exchange rates.
Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the booking date are eligible for a full refund. Late cancellations may incur charges. Booking modifications are subject to vehicle availability and should be requested in advance.
Smoking inside vehicles is strictly prohibited. Pets are not allowed unless prior approval is obtained. Cleaning fees may apply if the vehicle is returned in an unclean condition.
Drivers must be at least 18 years old. Certain vehicle categories may require the driver to be 21 years or older. A valid license held for a minimum period (usually 6 Months) is required.
